Prayer changes things!
As we begin the first day of our seven (7) day committed fast let us “Be the One” starting this year with “a prayer for our government leaders”. Our land needs healing and if it’s to be it begins with those that are willing to not keep saying their piece but praying for peace.
In times like these, we choose to be the ones to pray that others can see the One, so peace can rest and rule in our land. God is still in control and this day we will pray that His Perfect Will, will be done in and through our government leaders.
….the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16b
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; I Timothy 2:1-3
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
Pray without ceasing. 1Thessalonians 5:17
Our land needs healing, therefore we pray!
Daily Prayer times: 7am, 12noon, 7pm
This Good Friday has been like no other Good Friday the world has ever known. We have an enemy attacking the world in 2020 with an invisible virus which is themed COVID-19. We know where it began but we have no idea when and where it will be contained, but we do know one good thing, God is still on His throne and is in control. The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof and all they that dwell therein. Psalms 24:1
Regardless of what’s happening all around I choose to give God the praise for He is still Good and His mercy endureth forever. Thank you God for demonstrating your love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8.
THANK YOU JESUS for making this a good Good Friday amidst all the chaos going on around us!

Be ye holy; for I am holy I Peter 1:16b
Strong’s Concordance: Holiness: Hebrew: H6944 qôdesh ko’-desh ; a sacred place or thing; rarely abstractly sanctity: – consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness.
Holiness: Greek: G38 hagiasmos hag-ee-as-mos’ properly purification, that is, (the state) purity; – holiness, sanctification
God has spoken to us through His Word how we ought to be holy as he is holy. (I Peter 1:16b) I call holiness a consecrated, set apart, sanctified place every relational Christian must eventually go and dwell if their desire is to see God.
You are consecrated, set apart, and sanctified for God’s service and I thank God that he daily transforms his own in all things to His will and purpose for their lives. The place of personal holiness is a gradual progressive work in our lives so the key is to take one day at a time trusting and believing the Holy Spirit within us to teach, instruct and guide us there. (Psalms 32:8).
HOLINESS SCRIPTURES
Isaiah 35:8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
1 Thessalonians 3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
1 Peter 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
I encourage you to pray to God during this season and ask him to give you the faith to live in a place of holiness and that He will give you the strength to be holy, live holy and speak holy in Jesus name. May God bless you and your family in this new year!
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
This is the day that the Lord has made and we will REJOICE and be glad in it! TGIF!
Wisdom: the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise; understanding; insight; perception; discernment; good sense; common sense; Strongs’s Concordance: Wisdom: in good sense; wisely; skillful H2451 chokmah khok-maw”. Also G4678 sophia sof-ee’-ah wisdom (higher or lower, worldly or spiritual): – wisdom.
When God asked Solomon what he wanted his answer was “wisdom and knowledge”. In order to receive “More Wisdom” in this season we must ask God and believe that what we are asking Him for He will give it as he gave unto Solomon. (Matthew 7:7a Ask and ye shall receive….) As God spoke to Solomon he speaks to you in this season “What shall I give thee?” In order to see more in 2019 you must know what you want. On this 11th day of January ask the Father in Jesus name to “give you wisdom” and believe in faith, according to the Word that He has given it to you.
In this season decisions will need to be made using good judgment. Lord is this the way I should go, is this the thing I should do, is this the place I should be, is this working for me and if not what else should I do? I believe that as we walk day by day seeking God’s wisdom He will direct those that desire His wisdom for their lives.
Psalms 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way that thou shalt go, I will guide thee with mine eye.
Psalms 37:5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
I stand with you this year in prayer that you will make wise choices in every area of your life as you seek God for more Wisdom in this season.
WORDS OF WISDOM
2 Chronicles 1:7 In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.
2 Chronicles 1:10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great? 11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king:12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.
Daniel 2:20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: 21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
Psalms 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
Proverbs 4:5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
HALLELUJAH
Proverbs 19:8 He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.
Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Colossians 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
May God Bless you and Keep you!

This is the third day of our seven (7) day committed time of prayer and fasting and let me say again I am so proud of you! Wednesday’s are our weekly fast days so I challenge you today to sit before the Lord in prayer and study of his word for a minimum of one hour. This will be a great time to get some of your Book of Genesis reading in. Your one hour can be in the early morning or late in the evening but let’s challenge ourselves today to “be still in his presence” so we can hear and see more clearly what the Lord is saying to us in 2019.
Our focus today is to seek the peace of God. In this new season, you will need the supernatural peace of God – that peace that the Bible speaks of that surpasses man’s understanding. When trials, persecutions and pain present itself you will remain at peace knowing that God is in control. God will never put more on us than we can bear. The peace we need comes from Jesus alone, it’s that abiding peace (eirēnē
i-rah’-nay G#1515) that lives inside of us. ‘
I encourage you today “get up, stand up and look up” and go in the strength and peace of God.
DAILY CHALLENGE: Read the daily Proverb; Read Psalms 5; Pray the Lord’s Prayer: Matthew 6:9-13
Words of Peace:
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Psalms 34:14
Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11
This is the day that the Lord has made, let us REJOICE and be glad in it!
This is day #2 of our seven (7) day committed fast and I am so proud of you for making a commitment to pray and fast at the beginning of this new year!
Our focus today as we seek the Lord for direction, instruction and guidance is to ask the Lord to increase our faith. In this new season, your faith in what God has already spoken and/or shown you will be the key to your seeing more. If God said it believe it for He is not man that he should lie. (Numbers 23:19)
DAILY CHALLENGE: Read the daily Proverb; Read Psalms 5; Pray the Lord’s Prayer: Matthew 6:9-13;
Words of Faith:
21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. Matthew 21:21-22
And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. Mark 9:24
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. Luke 17:5
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1
For without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
