This is the day that the Lord has made and we will REJOICE and be glad in it!  TGIF!

Wisdom: the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise; understanding; insight; perception; discernment; good sense; common sense;  Strongs’s Concordance: Wisdom: in good sense; wisely; skillful H2451 chokmah khok-maw”. Also G4678 sophia sof-ee’-ah wisdom (higher or lower, worldly or spiritual): – wisdom.

When God asked Solomon what he wanted his answer was “wisdom and knowledge”. In order to receive “More Wisdom” in this season we must ask God and believe that what we are asking Him for He will give it as he gave unto Solomon. (Matthew 7:7a Ask and ye shall receive….) As God spoke to Solomon he speaks to you in this season “What shall I give thee?” In order to see more in 2019 you must know what you want. On this 11^th day of January ask the Father in Jesus name to “give you wisdom” and believe in faith, according to the Word that He has given it to you.

In this season decisions will need to be made using good judgment. Lord is this the way I should go, is this the thing I should do, is this the place I should be, is this working for me and if not what else should I do? I believe that as we walk day by day seeking God’s wisdom He will direct those that desire His wisdom for their lives.

Psalms 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way that thou shalt go, I will guide thee with mine eye.

Psalms 37:5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

I stand with you this year in prayer that you will make wise choices in every area of your life as you seek God for more Wisdom in this season.

WORDS OF WISDOM

 2 Chronicles 1:7  In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.

 2 Chronicles 1:10  Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great? 11  And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king:12  Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

Daniel 2:20  Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: 21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 22  He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.

Psalms 111:10  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

Proverbs 3:13  Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Proverbs 4:5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6  Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7  Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 8  Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 9  She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.

 Proverbs 19:8 He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.

 Ephesians 1:17  That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

Colossians 4:5  Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6  But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7  For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

James 3:17  But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
